Trademarking any part of the commission be it logo or design.
You may NOT use any wip or art in ANY way for blockchain, machine learning, and/or NFT. If this agreement is violated the artist reserves the right to use legal means to demand reparations for the violation.
You may not order art (Past, present, or current) for yourself or behalf of another for creation of NFTS or any form of generative art.
Failure to disclose usage for NFTS, crypto, machine learning will result in a blacklisting and revoked rights to all work made for the client.
QUEUE / SCHEDULE / DEADLINES
It may take 2-3 days to respond to your initial order. You may ask for a deadline for your commission, this must be disclosed prior to payment.
I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.
I reserve the right to take up to 3 weeks to begin work on your project, and an additional 4 to work on said project.
The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want. I am not responsible if no feedback was given.
Two major revisions can be made during the drafting phase.
If any additional alterations are desired, the commissioner MUST contact the artist and make a request at additional cost.
I may deny the request based on time, availability, complexity, or for any other reason.
FINAL PRODUCT + REFUNDS
I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image upon competition of the commission.I may post public commissions but will give proper credit to you for your designs. I will not reuse or resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client always retains the right to their Original Characters but not the image of the artwork itself. You may not claim credit for the work or ownership of it's copyright.
FINAL PRODUCT
You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data. I cannot guarantee against data loss or accidental deletion.
I am not required to post the work or keep it in a public space.
If the client cancels a commission while the initial sketch is being worked on, you will get a refund of 75% of the amount paid.
Past the sketch phase there is no refunds, but if I cancel a project there will be a 100% refund on my end.

They've known many a place but little a home or actual identity.The result of if you raise a person less like a child and more like a compensating imperfect IV pokemon. They are a late bloomer trainer, only finding the will after the untimely demise of their beloved long lived Cofagrigus companion, Botticelli.Living a new life in Unova, they now work as a newcaster for The Morning Minior (A global news outlet). You might catch them travelling or working public events as their public friendly pink persona, you may catch them off-duty travelling many places, or very rarely one might find the less human Rina.
